What to agree before an OEM order
Agree the minimum per model and per color, who owns the tooling and the design, the frame steel gauge and finish, upholstery spec, and the test standard the equipment will meet (EN ISO 20957 for Europe, ASTM for the US). Ask for a pre-shipment inspection by a third party.

What is the minimum order for private label gym equipment?
It depends on the factory and the product. Plates and dumbbells usually have weight-based minimums, while machines are often available from one unit for a stock design with your logo. Each profile shows the minimum the factory publishes, or says that none is published.
